A Big Weekend

If you are in Philadelphia, please come out to Philly STAKE to support us this evening, from 5-8pm, at The First Unitarian Church. What's in it for you? An awesome dinner, entertainment, and a vote in funding one community project--which we hope will be The Soapbox!

This weekend we also enacted our most significant equipment rescue to date. Despite the many inches of snow and the fact that many of Philadelphia's vehicles are still under snow, we went to rescue a proof press, light table, exposure table, and a good pile of silkscreens from the dumpster.

With funds from Philly STAKE, we could purchase the photo emulsion, squeegees, power washer, ink, rollers, and basic magnets and furniture for the proof press that would allow everyone to get started printing!
